About Us
The Bill and Billy Wilson Foundation is a non-profit organization that works with the local community and Indian River County School Board to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Sebastian River and Vero Beach High Schools. Founded by the Wilson Family in 2020, our mission is to recognize and reward the achievement of the 'Unsung Hero' – a student-athlete who excels in both academics and sports. Our organization works to raise funds for these scholarships and also to bring awareness to the importance of pursuing excellence in both. We are committed to providing these students with the resources and support they need to accomplish their goals and make a positive impact on our community.
Since the 2021 Indian River County School year, the Bill and Billy Wilson Foundation has awarded $24,000 to our “Unsung Heroes” in secondary education scholarships.
